The piston coaxial seal ring is composed of a Glay ring and an elastic rubber ring, which realizes bidirectional closure, and the piston rod coaxial seal has directivity. Prevent external leakage, high tightness requirements, the contact part is stepped, there is a cutting edge, the piston rod seal is called the step type, when stretching, due to the blade scraper action, can reduce the oil film thickness, when contracting, the closed oblique face can use the fluid dynamic action to protect the oil film, and return to the working steel, improve closure, improve lubrication conditions.

The Glay ring and Stefon, which act as sliding rings, make polytetrafluoroethylene resin with different charges according to different conditions of use. Polytetrafluoroethylene resin has low friction coefficient, is not easy to bond, and has self-lubricating properties, so the coaxial closure has the least friction resistance in various reciprocating motions.

Elastic material is rubber, can use a variety of cross section forms, does not directly contact the sliding surface, mechanical strength, hardness, wear resistance requirements are not high, a wide range of material selection.

The performance of coaxial seal ring used for piston is consistent with the precision of the sliding surface of the tightly coupled type, and is closely related to the machining accuracy and surface roughness of the groove.

One or two circular grooves are arranged on the closed surface according to the cross-section size of the Grey-ring according to the conditions of high and low speed of the rotating Grey-ring. Annular grooves store oil into a lubricating oil chamber that reduces friction. The dynamics of oil accumulation in rotating motion improves the sealing effect. The surface in contact with the rotating Grey-ring forms an arc along the axis, increasing the contact with the O-ring and preventing the Grey-ring from rotating with the shaft. Its material is filled with polytetrafluoroethylene, and polyamide resin is used when the pressure is high. In the rotating Glace ring, the external circular closure can be used, there is lubricating oil, small friction, no viscosity, smooth start, wear resistance, good dimensional stability.

Rotary gray ring is suitable for the shaft, rod, pin, rotary joint with rotating action, can withstand the pressure on both sides and the role of AC pressure, in the absence of high pressure and tens of minutes of rotation, working under the speed conditions of movement, such as car starter, hydraulic loader center rotary joint, etc.
