                        Low temperature resistant fluorine apron is a kind of rubber sealing ring that can still perform well at low temperature. Here are some introductions to low-temperature resistant fluorine aprons: Conventional performance and general low temperature resistance range: Fluorine aprons have excellent high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance and other properties, but the cold resistance of conventional fluorine rubber is relatively poor, and the general temperature range is-20 °C to 250 °C. The specially formulated fluorine apron can withstand low temperatures up to-40 °C. In this temperature range, the fluorine apron can still provide elasticity and sealing performance. Fluorine aprons with special low temperature resistance grade: There are some low-temperature resistant fluorine apron products on the market that have been specially treated or formulated. For example, DuPont's Viton GLT series has a high level of low temperature resistance, and the temperature range can reach-45 °C to 215 °C. It has a wider range of use temperatures and is often used in fields that require high material performance. Factors affecting low temperature resistance: Types and formulations of fluorine rubber: Different types of fluorine rubber and the different fluorine content in their formulations will affect the low temperature resistance of fluorine aprons. Fluorine rubber with higher fluorine content, its molecular structure is more stable, and its performance may be better at low temperature. Use of additives: In the production process of fluorine rubber, adding some special additives, such as plasticizers, antioxidants, etc., can improve the low temperature resistance of fluorine aprons. These additives can improve the glass transition temperature of the rubber, making it resilient at lower temperatures. Structural design of the product: The structural design of the fluorine apron will also affect its low temperature resistance. For example, thicker fluorine aprons may be more prone to cracking and other problems at low temperatures, and reasonable structural design can do this.
